To all our guests,
We are now experiencing a new normal. As we all adjust, we want to resume being a place for you to relax and treat yourself. Our priority of providing you the best and safest possible service has not changed; in fact it has only gotten stronger.
Several measures have been taken within our salon to protect you and your health:
- Employees are temperature screened prior to entering the salon
- The number of people within the salon is limited
- Everyone within the salon must be wearing a face mask at all times
- Stations have been spread-out to social distance
- Acrylic barriers are placed between you and your technician during work
- Hand washing protocol has been reinforced for employees
- Stations counters are sanitized between each customer

Another thing we would like to address is our operational costs. Blue Ash Nails has been dedicated to providing you a quality professional experience. Over the years, as costs went up, we have kept our prices low. However, in light of the current situation surrounding COVID-19 we are facing even greater costs to continue service at the level our customers expect. As a reflection of this, starting on June 15, 2020, there will be a slight increase in our prices.
This was not an easy decision to make, though we hope to continue providing you with the best.
We are in the business of ensuring your well-being with our space and services, so thank you for reading and thank you for helping us keep everyone safe. As parents, we understand that your health can mean more than just yourself.
